Fiction, source material, and worldbuilding
Gloom Trench
Most recently I have created a swathe of background information and an expansive timeline for the Weird War I skirmish game, Gloom Trench. The final word count for the timeline alone exceeded 18,000 words!
Moonstone
I have been fortunate enough to write a broad selection of fiction for the fantasy skirmish game Moonstone. This fiction has been released in the deluxe edition of their core rulebook, and Goblin King Games have kindly allowed me to share my poem The Ballad of Baron Von Fancyhat with you.
Gangs of Rome
Working with co-author and historian Chris Bone, I have co-written a large amount of fiction for War Banner's excellent Gangs of Rome skirmish game.
Genre Fiction
As well as fiction for tabletop games, I have also written a variety of short stories and comic strips that have been published worldwide and in languages including German, Polish and even Galician. Visit my blog, Roll and Write, for more details.
Comics
I am proud to be co-owner and chief writer of and for the comicbook publishing company, E.M.PRESS Publications.
The first issue of E.M.PRESS' debut mini-series, First Men on Mars, has recently funded on Kickstarter and is now in the process of being drawn by some of the comicbook industry's premier artists.
